Monthly meetings will be held with the larger SANP Committee to go over brief sub-committee status updates, questions, concerns and new ideas. We encourage sub-committees to meet separately as needed. As we approach the event date, meeting frequency may be increased.
For 2025, most meetings will be in person and held in the WHS Cafeteria area.
