Monthly meetings will be held with the larger SANP Committee to go over brief sub-committee status updates, questions, concerns and new ideas. We encourage sub-committees to meet separately as needed. As we approach the event date, meeting frequency may be increased.
For 2026, most meetings will be in person and held at WHS.
